This is the altar area in the sanctuary of San José Obrero (St. Joseph the Worker) Church in Azacualpita, a community of Reitoca.
The village is particularly charming, and the people are very devout and friendly. On the day of this Mass, the people were excited to show me the new statue of St. Joseph that they had just received.
I’m amazed at the tile work in many of the churches in Honduras.
