Today, Catholic Christians celebrate the Feast of All Souls, a day set aside to remember those who have gone before us, and to ask God to bring all of them to heaven if they are not already there.
Here in Honduras, All Souls’ Day is very special, for people bring flowers to the graves of loved ones and say prayers at the gravesites.
In Latin American countries, many people believe that All Saints’ Day (November 1) is dedicated primarily to the souls of children who have died, while today, All Souls’ Day, is dedicated to adults who have died.
