Many communities of our parish have little kitchens attached to their churches. During special occasions, women of the communities use the kitchens to cook food for all the people who attend church for special occasions.
In the above photo, we see two women, María Benutura Castro Ramírez and Bienvenida Munguía Castillo preparing food in honor of their church’s patronal feast, Our Lady of Guadalupe in El Divisadero, a community of Alubarén.
