Happy Summer!

June 20, 2020
Fr. Bob Kus

Where I live in Reitoca, F.M., Honduras, it is always summer.  Sometimes it is hot and dry, and other times it is hot and wet.  But it’s always hot.

But in the United States, today marks the official first day of summer.  So, Happy Summertime to one and all!  I hope that you and your loved ones will enjoy the special magic that this season has to offer, yet stay safe from COVID-19.

Today Catholic Christians also celebrate World Refugee Day, a day to offer special prayers for those uprooted from their homes because of war, persecution, or natural disaster.

And, it also the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Enjoy the special day!
