Three years ago today, Dr. Aaron Mejía and I published the first blog of MissionPriest.Com. For three years, we’ve worked hard to provide you with a glimpse of the mission life in our remote mountain area of Honduras. We hope you have enjoyed it!
During the past three years, we’ve posted approximately 450 posts. Of those, 130 of them were of “missionary heroes,” women and men who made a name for themselves serving the missionary mandate of Catholic Christianity.
As a result of the posts, Aaron and I have been putting together a series of books called, Catholic Missionary Heroes based on the blog. Each volume features the men and women featured in a specific year. For example, Volume 1 features the missionary heroes discussed in 2020, our first year of missionpriest.com; Volume 2 features those discussed in 2021; etc. Mr. Pat Marriott of Wilmington, North Carolina, is our editor.
