Today, Catholic Christians celebrate the 3rdSunday in Ordinary Time. And on this day, we read how Jesus called Andrew and his brother Simon Peter, and then the Zebedee brothers, James and John. All of these men were fishermen.
We, too, are called by the Lord to follow him. In our Baptism, we received the Holy Spirit in a special way, marking the beginning of our lives as Christians. Though we will each travel a different path composed of different occupations, family, friends, and history, we will all be part of the special Christian family.
How are you called to serve the Lord in your life?

Our bright future.
