In this photo, we see some altar servers from the pueblo of Reitoca getting ready to travel to the Church of St. John the Baptist in the Reitocan community of Azacualpa.
Altar servers give their time freely to serve the Church in any way they can, and they are treasured ministers of the parish.

Is that rice the youth are taking to Azacualpa? I remember that rice was distributed at Mass in San Marcos. I don’t remember where some large bags of rice came from, but I remember the parishioners filling smaller bags (about 10 lbs.) from them and giving them to those there.
