Today is the Sixth Sunday of Easter, and in Honduras, the United States, and Canada, it is also Mother’s Day. So, Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers, grandmothers, and mothers-to-be! I hope you have a very special day! Thank you for all you have done, are doing, and will do in the future in your noble vocation.
As a seminarian and priest, I sometimes visited my sisters who were raising children. I was always amazed at how much energy they had to have every single day of the year. Being a priest, for me, seems so much easier than being a parent. God bless each and every one of you who follows the motherhood path!
