The photo of today is that of the band of the Reitocan community of Santa Cruz. The photo shows the band practicing before Mass in the church on May 3, 2022, the feast of the Holy Cross in Honduras.
In a way, music is, in large part, a “hidden ministry” of the Church, for although we see the ministers in Mass and other functions, we never see them practicing during the week for hours at a time to prepare for worship.
