This is the Church of San Bartolo in the Curarén community of the same name, San Bartolo. This photo was taken in June of 2018 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Fausto Flores Castillo’s serving as a Delegado de la Palabra.
The balloons decorating the church building are blue and white, the color of Honduras’ flag. Many of the houses in Honduras are painted blue also.
