Three Days a Week

Today, I have some great news to share with you!

I began the missionpriest.com blog to invite people to share my missionary experience, for most people do not get a chance to leave home for another land and culture.  One of the things I have been doing since the blog made its debut on Sunday, April 20, 2020, was to introduce the parish of San Francisco de Asís in which I live and serve.  Because we have 87 churches of the parish scattered over 250-square miles, and three more churches under construction, on most weeks of the year, I devoted two days to showing photos of each of the 87 churches and their sanctuaries.  With the end of 2022, I will have highlighted all 87 of our churches.  When the three new churches are built, I will highlight them also.

So, beginning next week, I will go from having four blog posts per week, to three.  Sundays will be about one of that day’s Scripture, Fridays will feature a missionary hero (alternating men and women), and a third day of the week will be devoted to anything of interest in this far-flung mountain parish.  So, three will be the minimum number of blog posts per week.  However, on occasion, I’ll have more when the Spirit moves me to do so.

Enjoy, and thank you for being a reading of missionpriest.com!
