Happy Valentine’s Day!
In Honduras, this day is often called the “Day of Love and Friendship.”
The photo above is of a mural painted on the side of one of the buildings by the plaza that sits in front of the church of Our Lady of Mercedes in the pueblo of La Libertad, one of the five municipalities of our parish. The leaders of the town are doing an amazing job using art to make their community a work of great beauty.
