When the priest goes to celebrate Mass in the many churches of our parish, he never knows what other things he may find himself doing.
Sometimes, he discovers he has a baptism, or 20, to celebrate. Other times, he discovers he is supposed to celebrate First Reconciliation and First Communion, but nobody told him in advance. Other times, he is called on to celebrate the Sacrament of the sick in remote mountain locations.
In the above photo, we see some of the people of the community who were gathered in the pueblo of La Libertad, after Mass, to bless the new house of Jolani Castro.
